1. Refund Window
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of subscription purchase. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be eligible.
2. Eligible for Refund β
- Technical issues preventing access to the platform that we are unable to resolve within 48 hours
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Subscription charged after cancellation request was submitted
- Request made within 7 days of first purchase with less than 20% content accessed
3. Not Eligible for Refund β
- Requests made after 7 days of purchase
- If more than 20% of subscribed content has been accessed
- Change of mind after accessing content
- Failure to appear in an exam (not related to our platform)
- Account suspended due to Terms of Use violations
- Partial month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase:

5. Refund Processing Time
