Can I cancel my subscription anytime? +
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for more details.
Is there a free trial? +
Yes! Our Free plan gives you access to 2 modules and sample MCQs so you can try before subscribing.

Which exams does My Skills Test cover? +
We cover RRB Group D, RRB ALP (Loco Pilot), RRB NTPC, SSC CGL, SSC CHSL, WBCS, WB Police, Banking PO/Clerk, UPSC and more.
Are the video lectures available offline? +
Currently videos are available for online streaming only. We are working on an offline feature for our app. You can access recorded classes anytime from your account.
How often is new content added? +
New modules and practice questions are added regularly based on the latest exam syllabus and pattern updates.

How do I join a live class? +
Login to your student portal โ†’ go to Live Classes section โ†’ click the Google Meet link at the scheduled time. Make sure you have an active Pro subscription.
What if I miss a live class? +
Don't worry! All live classes are recorded and uploaded to your account within 24 hours so you can watch at your convenience.

I forgot my password. What should I do? +

The platform is not working properly. What should I do? +
Try clearing your browser cache and refreshing. If the issue persists, contact us at myskillstestofficial@gmail.com with a screenshot of the error.
What are the support hours? +
Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
